iLight Joins Elite Sponsors Circle

iLight has just been welcomed by The European Lighting Designers Association (ELDA) into its prestigious ELDA+ Circle of Sponsors.

The association is a voluntary federation of lighting designers and lighting consultants who are active on an International scale. Its membership base covers some 45 countries with the head office in Guetersloh, Germany.

The Circle of Sponsors is responsible for helping ELDA+ in its education effort, while also being proactive in highlighting the importance of Designers amongst the lighting industry. Every member is required to promote and represent the objectives of ELDA+ and to recognise and adhere to the statutes.

iLights European Business Development Manager Peter Van Der Kolk admits that this is an important part of iLights European Development plan. "ELDA has an extremely important role to play within the industry and is highly respected across Europe. Becoming a member of the ELDA+ circle of sponsors highlights the reputation iLight has established. This sponsorship will allow us to put iLight in the shop window of lighting designers across Europe."

ELDA+ status is awarded to companies, associations, organizations that support the aims of ELDA+ and contribute financially to ELDA+'s education activities.

The Circle of Sponsors have direct and regular contact to all members of ELDA+,receive information of all ELDA+ activities and are invited to all ELDA+ events.

They can also participate in ELDA+ Cross Talks on market-related topics. These are held nationally or internationally, at important lighting events/light shows or as a separate entity.

iLight are excited with the opportunity to work alongside ELDA and hope to be able to establish a long term partnership with the Association.
